PT Light is reflected on all the differently oriented faces, creating tonal variations. A tribute to cubism.
Sculpture or lighting? Both!
This free-standing luminaire has an overall square shape with distributed cut-outs and intersections, which the masters of the cubism would not have disowned. Each face of "105: Angular" has a unique design, blending noble materials with direct and indirect passages for light.
Our in-house formulation of a complex concrete-type material is individually hand-molded, then polished many times, to offer a visual as well as a tactile experience.
Aspects common to the entire "105" range:
- same square base supporting the bulb
- the upper part around the bulb can be rotated at will, showing the preferred side, aligned with the base or not, to suit the mood or the moment, or to harmonize with the surrounding objects and artwork.
- as each piece is made by hand, small differences will appear, particularly on fine edges or inclusions. Each piece is unique
100% ecological and durable. The bulb has a standard commercial E14 base, replaceable by the user without tools. All parts likely to be damaged are standard commercial parts replaceable by an electrician or specialist. Orcham SAS contributes to the recycling fee for this model.
