Orcham Lighting Project gets underway

The project is launched.

The Orcham brand has been registered in a wide range of countries, and we're hard at work on the first prototypes of designer luminaires.

A few fire resistance tests have already made us put aside certain materials (given what we sometimes see on sale, not everyone is so careful ...).

For our part, we will supplement our tests with certified laboratory trials.

Right from the start, we put models through intensive aging in the sun - although these models are not designed for outdoor use. Resistance to several months outdoors should confirm truly extreme cases compared to our indoor use.

Edit 6 months later: no discoloration one full summer and 6 months later on the materials finally selected (others a little yes, in the middle of a 24/7 heat wave)
