A curvaceous evolution of the original Bauhaus Four™ model, which departs a little from the eponymous style. The initially highly architectural, swashbuckling shapes are complemented by rounding at the top, a shimmering orange bar and a complex shape at the rear.
The four vertical parallel louvers, lit from the inside and allowing light to pass between and through the louvers, have been retained.
The luminaire's name "Bauhaus" is embossed in the orange blade, complemented by the highlighted "5".
Two large bolts contribute to the functional design and sturdy construction, and incidentally provide easy access to the bulb if required. The cast stone base is identical to the original model, contributing to stability, visual quality and raising the blades to show them off to best advantage.
The initial, deliberately simplistic shape is here altered for a warm, 70s-style orange rendering.
